Areas such as thinking about what you do and don’t control and how you react to the difference, will be considered. The sessions will also review the processes of when to take action and when to stop ruminating on an issue. Anxiety often occurs from a mismatch in thinking around what you are responsible for and what is beyond your responsibility.

Specific types of anxiety, such as those associated with dental or medical interventions can also be addressed.
